It is my belief that every singer hoping to have a career in the entertainment’s industry should strive to know and learn as much about their instrument as possible, and it is my ambition to pass on all of my vocal knowledge and experience to as many people as are willing to learn. ADÉ has a career portfolio that is both unique and broad. And in 30 years in the music industry he has amassed a great deal of knowledge and experience as a Music Manager, Independent Label Owner, University Lecturer, Voice Coach, Singer/song-writer and Recording Artist.
ADÉ has been a vocal coach since 1988, and in 1990 founded the All-Star Academy, who have been leaders in this field since their first course at Oxford House Community Centre in 1991.
ADÉ has built his program on solid foundations, striving for complete vocal knowledge & expertise, in a determined effort to give all clients total satisfaction.
He currently runs The All-Star Music Group (A.M.G.), a Marketing and Management consultancy that represents the business interests of Deauxpe (producer of Grammy Award Winning song What Now – Rihanna), songwriting team The P€N N€TW®K, and concert promotion company AfroKings.
ADÉ’s coaching skills have been utilised to great effect over the past 12 years at the prestigious Pop Akademie (Mannheim, Germany) as a Vocal, Performance and Song-writing coach. He has also been a Senior Lecturer at the University of Westminster since 2003 as a Vocal Coach, Performance Coach, Song-writing Coach, and Music Business Lecturer.
ADÉ’s reputation for excellent coaching skills have spread far & wide, and his advice is continually sought in the music industry. ADÉ has had the pleasure of coaching over 600 singers and performers in the last 15 years in both individual & group class environments. Clients include X-Factor Finalist Andy Abrahams, MOBO award winners Kele Le Roc (Best newcomer ‘99), Lisa Maffia (So Solid), and Isaiah Raymond Dyer (Raymond & Co. Best Gospel Act 2004 – MOBO, GEMA, Dove & UMA), as well as West End leads Allyson Brown (Angelica Schuyler – Hamilton) and Nataylia Roni (Nala – Lion King).
ADÉ has also been afforded the task of Artist Development & Voice Coach for a host of industry acts and featured as a coach on (one of the early X-factor type formats) BBC 1’s Get Your Act Together. His expertise in vocal arrangement & vocal production have also been called upon to enhance numerous recording projects.
